Instructions
  1. make sauce: in a small bowl, whisk sauce ingredients and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use
  2. cook noodles according to package directions, drain but do not rinse
  3. prep vegetables, then gently toss with noodles and desired amount of sauce (you can double sauce recipe if you like a lot of sauce)
  4. serve noodles at room temp or chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for cold noodles
