make dukkah: in a small bowl combine all dukkah ingredients and set aside for garnish
make mousse: chop and melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or in 30-second increments in the microwave (about 1 minute total if using microwave, less than 5 if using a double boiler)
to a small food processor add avocado, cacao, maple, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, melted chocolate, and about half of almond milk
blend mousse, adding more milk if needed or desired; it will be thick without refrigerating, so you can use more than 1/2 cup milk if you plan to chill and serve cold
to serve, spoon mousse into two 4-oz ramekins, top with pomegranate seeds and desired amount of dukkah and serve right away; or chill in the refrigerator to serve cold
