Dukkah Flatbread
Flatbread baked with toasted spice blend of pistachios, pine nuts, sesame, cumin, coriander and sea salt

Instructions
  1. in a small bowl mix oil with spice blend
  2. spread desired amount of oil-spice mixture evenly over flatbread (you may not need it all), then lightly toast bread; or you can bake at 350° for 5 minutes, just be careful not to burn
  3. serve warm with hummus, dips, with soup or salad, etc., or enjoy as a snack; store in an air-tight container at room temp for several days
