slice baguette in half horizontally and separate the two sides (laying with cut sides up)
spread desired amount of whipped avocado (recipe link in blog post) on one or both sides of bread, then layer sandwiches with tomato, cucumber, red onion and greens
add top of baguette back to sandwich, then slice into quarters to serve
