Instructions
  1. make crunch topping: heat oven to 300°, line a large sheet pan with parchment paper
  2. melt coconut oil with honey and salt; meanwhile, in a large bowl add oats, seeds, nuts and spices, then mix well with melted oil/honey mixture
  3. spread crunch topping onto prepared pan and bake 25-30 minutes, allowing it to cool on baking pan (so it crisps up)
  4. make pears: increase oven temperature to 375°, line a small pan with parchment paper
  5. drizzle pears with 2 tsp honey and roast until tender, about 30-35 minutes
  6. to serve, swirl some coconut yogurt on a plate, top with pear, then crunch topping
