mixed raw nuts

extra virgin avocado or olive oil

tbsp
pure maple syrup
3
tsp
minced fresh rosemary
1
tsp
flaky sea salt
such as Maldon

smoked paprika
Instructions
heat oven to 350° and line a sheet pan or two with parchment baking paper
in a large bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts and whisk to blend (oil, maple and seasonings), add nuts and mix well
spread nuts onto prepared pan(s) and bake at 350° for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through
let nuts cool on pan so that they crisp up, then store in a jar at room temp for several weeks
