Ingredients

tahini
such as Seed & Mill
1/2
cup
fresh parsley leaves
or sub favorite fresh herb
1
tbsp
fresh lemon juice
or sub lime juice
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
1/4
tsp
dried dill
or sub other favorite dried herb
1/4 cup
+ 2-3 tbsp
water to thin
to taste
salt & pepper
Instructions
in a blender or food processor, puree all ingredients (tahini through dried dill), stopping and scraping down sides as needed
thin with about 1/4 cup + 2-3 tablespoons of water, or until desired consistency is reached, then season with salt & pepper to taste

recipe yields 1/2 cup
store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to a week
